Appointments
Please arrive on time. Late arrival may shorten your treatment. Deposits may be requested for long, colour or bridal appointments.
Cancellations
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice when changing or cancelling an appointment. Deposits may be retained for late cancellations or non-attendance.
Colour and allergy testing
Patch testing and consultation may be required at least 48 hours before colour, tint, lash or other relevant treatments.
Pricing
Displayed prices are starting or guide prices and may vary according to hair length, density, product use and service complexity.
Results and aftercare
Please tell us about allergies, sensitivities, medication or relevant conditions before treatment and follow the aftercare advice provided.
